Coordination Compound Isomers - Are They Really The Right Chemists Chemistry Tutor Program?
Coordination Compound Isomers - Are They Really The Right Chemists Chemistry Tutor Program?Coordination compound isomers is just one of the dozens of chemistry tutor programs that are available on the Internet. This type of chemistry instruction helps students understand how compounds work, their structure, and why they react with other chemicals. Coordination compound isomers teach a student about the ways chemicals interact. If you don't know what these terms mean, I'll explain. If you have ever used any sort of chemical compound, you know that it contains atoms that have different forms, or mixtures, depending on their arrangement in the molecules. Chemicals work the same way. In a compound, atoms usually have three different types of arrangements, which are fixed, free, and unorganized. The combination of the atoms within a compound is what makes it work, because the molecules fit together to form a whole.Chemicals don't always do the same things. Sometimes they react differently. Coordination compound isomers helps students understand why some chemicals react differently than others. Sometimes the reaction happens by the addition of atoms to the compounds, while other times the reaction occurs by the rearrangement of atoms. One good example of this is by Taylor Stewart and her book, The Law of the Chemical Reaction. A chemical combines two atoms, such as iron and zinc, to form another chemical compound. Usually, the combination of atoms in the compound is fixed, meaning the compound has a fixed mixture of atoms, rather than unorganized. To make the chemical compound react correctly, the atoms must be rearranged so that they will form a chemical compound with an organized mixture of atoms. This lesson for chemistry tutor is by Taylor Stewart, and the method is more familiar to the majority of chemistry teachers than it is to many students. That's not to say that I think it's a bad lesson, though. It's simply that the lessons aren't always used as often as they should be.One thing I would say is that Taylor Stewart's book provides an excellent method of teaching chemistry and, for that matter, many subjects. However, as far as a good textbook for chemistry and a good chemistry tutorial book go, I'd actually give it a little bit of a miss. Most textbooks for chemistry tutorials take several years to become outdated. Chemistry teaching methods change over time, and textbooks do too. Most teachers' guide is published in several volumes of books. While there are several authors, and some books are extremely popular, I would only recommend one for chemistry tutor students.
